4 Week: Harmonious Relationships Course

Week #1 – Elevate your Emotional Intelligence
  1. Intro: Find out why Christa is so passionate about sharing the secrets of developing beautiful, deeply connected relationships.
  2. What – Why – How? You’ll discover interestingly different ways to look at all of your relationships, develop powerful communication skills and learn how to negotiate what you need to feel supported and loved by others.
  3. Everything is Energy! Love has an amazing effect on you. Find out why we fall in love and how love affects your physical body. 
  4. Good Vibrations: Everything you attract is a vibrational match. Discover how to raise your vibration, why it matters and how to accomplish the feat.  
  5. Emotional 1 to 10 Level Scale: On a scale where level one is the lowest vibration to level ten being the highest possible vibration, where do you vibrate right now? Have you just hit bottom? Is depression or worry keeping you at a level two or three? Or are you feeling really good and enjoy living on a vibrational level between six and eight?
  6. What is Emotional Intelligence? The ability to be in charge of your emotions and respond to how you or others feel is key to a happy life and highly functional relationships.
  7. The Secret Super Powers of Negative Emotions: Get started on recognizing the power that lies in the knowledge of how you can use negative emotions to see where you’re out of balance.
  8. What to practice in week #1: Look at the loves of your life and identify what you fell in love with. Practice using the emotional scale to see where you vibrate and intentionally raise your vibration. Notice what and who you are drawn to and what makes it a vibrational match. Where are you emotionally charged or reactive? Can you name emotions and do you know the Super Power of the negative emotions you’re feeling?
  9. ​30 Minute Question & Answer Session: Join us for weekly group sessions to ask questions and connect to others taking the course. 
  10. Fill out our Quiz – it’s 15 questions and takes 5-10 minutes.

Week #2 – Secrets of Fulfilling Relationships
  1. Intro: Find out how to actively fill your love tanks and choose who has what you’re looking for. 
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. What Kind of Relationships would you like to have? Zero in on what has true value and importance and how you can create deeply connected, meaningful and fulfilling relationships. 
  4. Love Tanks: Who fills your love tanks? How do you discern what you would like to get out of your relationships? Many people are either choosing blindly or set their bar and standards too high and find themselves with the “wrong” partner or alone.
  5. Why do we Choose the Least Likely to give us what we need?
  6. Boundaries: How to set healthy personal boundaries and set mutually agreed upon consequences.
  7. Understand the WHY someone acts the way they do and stop reacting so you can start responding!
  8. What to practice in week #2: Create an Avatar of your ideal mate (you may be surprised to find that ONE WORD may describe an ideal mate) and fill out the exercise in “Love Tanks” to identify what you would like to get out of your relationships and who fills each of your love tanks.  Where do you need to set boundaries?

Week #3 – Get Exactly what you Desire
  1. Intro: Find out just how powerful words are. Sometimes it’s just changing one letter of a word to make it more powerful, and other times it’s exchanging a trigger word with a reassuring way to communicate the same thing with the desired effect. 
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. Communication is Everything! This is a game changer! Notice an immediate shift as you practice simple changes in how you listen to and communicate with your spouse, children, family, friends, authority figures and strangers.  
  4. Learn how to Get Exactly what you would like through a powerful shift in HOW you communicate with your loved ones. I promise this one change will have a huge impact in your close relationships *;-).
  5. House Rules and Agreements are key components in any setting as well as important relationships and pave the way for you and your people to live in harmony.  
  6. Discover Two of the most Powerful ways to respond to tantrums, verbal attacks, and discord.  You’ll thank me later… *;-).
  7. Complaints, nagging, and defending are signs of feeling unheard, broken promises, competition and taking things personally…
  8. Learn how to stop Competing and start Negotiating Win-Win Situations and Solutions!
  9. What to practice in week #3: Practice the communication skills you feel are needed to create the biggest shift in your relationships. When you’re exchanging low vibrational words with a new more powerful word, practice one at a time until your fluid with it. Keep at it and go through the whole list, even if this takes you months!  It will change the quality of your relationships and get you more of what you would like.  Gather those you live with or are partnered with and negotiate important agreements and mutually agreed upon consequences.

Week #4 – Experience Deep Intimacy
  1. Intro: Hear the story of how Christa found out how to use her enhanced communication skills to harness more intimacy in her relationships.
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. Would you Like to Experience more Intimacy in your relationships? We’ll look at what kills it and how you can bring the spark and connection back into your relationship.
  4. Sexuality is different for Men than it is for Women: Use your new communication skills to ask for exactly what you would like to experience in your intimate relationships.
  5. Making Love vs. Having Sex: Gain a deeper understanding of how each phase of your life and the difference between the masculine and feminine needs and desires in regards to sexuality and sensuality affect your love life. 
  6. Keep Dating! Even if you and your spouse haven’t been on a date for a long time, find out why it’s important to keep dating and how to make it fun!
  7. Determine if you’re monogamous or polyamorous and pick a partner who matches your preference. Communication in all preferences and types of relationships is crucial for a fully functional and fulfilling partnership.
  8. Kegel exercises are an amazing way to invigorate your energy and while they strengthen your pelvic floor and bladder control, they can increase pleasure and a sense of wellbeing.
  9. Edelwize Relationships in a Nutshell: We’ll take a brief tour on all we covered over the last 4 weeks and tie it all together. When you realize the difference your mad skills in communication are having on your relationships and how identifying what has true importance and value in the creation of harmonious, fun and loving relationships, you’ll be glad you invested in all you practiced!  
  10. Practice: Explore and identify what’s missing in the intimate connection with your spouse/s and plan a date!  Reinvigorate your love life and intimate connection to your loved ones. Intimacy can be had in all of your close relationships as it has more than one way it can be expressed and can be enjoyed outside of the realm of sexuality. Keep practicing your communication skills and update agreements as needed and as the priorities and circumstances in your relationships change.
