4 Week: Life Purpose Course

Week #1 – Step into your Life's Purpose and Money Flow
  1. Intro: Find out why Christa is so passionate about living our true life’s purpose. 
  2. What – Why – How? You’ll have to agree with this notion: If everyone did what they came here to do, everything would be done!
  3. What is our True Life’s Purpose? It’s more than just doing what you love for work! Make sure you live a life you’re happy to look back on. 
  4. How do we Find our Calling? Those who feel that they’re following, doing, and living their calling, agree on this one common denominator. Find out what that is to zero in on or refine your calling! 
  5. What is the Energy of Money? Money and Self-worth are closely connected. Find out how to shift and transform old programming that gets in the way.
  6. Money is One of your Great Teachers: It will test you, provide you with some of life’s greatest challenges, help you to find your own worth and what has true value, and show you where you’re on the right track. It’s a constant reminder of the state of your mind and the circumstances that are created when you have plenty or experience lack.
  7. Step out of your Parents Comfort Zone! Their formula of happiness is often based on what keeps us safe, and rarely allows to feel fully alive! 
  8. What to practice in week #1: Zero in, identify or refine your True Life’s Purpose and Calling. If you thought you could live without a budget, create one anyway! What are some of your money hang-ups that need reframing? Where are you still stuck in patterns from childhood that forbid you to be unique or live your life to the fullest?
  9. 30 Minute Question & Answer Session: Join us for weekly group sessions to ask questions and connect to others taking the course.

Week #2 – Balance Brain Power, Time and Play
  1. Intro: Find out how to use the hours of your week in the most fulfilling way and utilize your brain power and time off to play, to create the perfect synergy for a successful life. 
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. What are the Most Effective Ways to Increase your Brain Power and get more done with less effort?
  4. How are you Using your Time? Each week has 168 hours. Find out how to use these hours to their fullest potential. After all, life is relatively short, and even if you live to 120 years, imagine looking back on how well you used your most precious resource: Time
  5. Do you Play Enough or too Much? For some people play comes last, they have lost the ability to let their hair down and spend time that appears to be meaningless, while others would rather just play all day and have a harder time tending to their responsibilities. Is your balance between discipline and freedom healthy, too loose or too strict?
  6. What to practice in week #2: Do the math on where and how you desire to spend your time for ultimate effect and fulfillment. What do you need to add to super-charge your brain power? And where are the lines between your way of “justifying” discipline and freedom blurred?

Week #3 – Intentional Legacy and Signs of Destiny
  1. Intro: What kind of legacy would you like to leave behind? And how much does destiny play into life’s “failures” and “successes”? Are you celebrating your successes enough and do you have a successful team that works hand in hand?
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. What Kind of Legacy would you like to Leave Behind?  There are clear markers that help you discern and live in a way that allows you to leave the kind of legacy you desire, without obsessing about it over every decision you make. 
  4. How Many of your Successes are Destiny? Explore what it means to be in alignment with and trust in your destiny and what else it takes to benefit from your so-called mistakes, failures, and shortcomings.  
  5. Crossing the Ocean: Find out if you celebrate each step of your journey or if you're under constant pressure to reach the next point of destination and how to redefine what it means to reach your goals and accomplish your dreams.
  6. Successful Teams are an Essential Component in the creation of a successful business and life. The secrets to successful teams are going to help you live your legacy while enjoying a quality life. 
  7. What to practice in week #3: Define the legacy you would like to leave behind, what you know about what your destiny has in store for you, and how you benefit from the “failures” of your past. Invent more ways to celebrate each step on your journey and discern how you will use the secrets to successful teams in your business or family.

Week #4 – Life by Design
  1. Intro: Hear the story of how Christa uses the Life by Design exercise and worksheets, and why it’s beneficial to go back and fine-tune it every six months.
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. Look at Life as a Wheel and each spoke of the wheel as a category of your life. How happy are you in each area? 
  4. The Wheel of Life is made up of Sections for Friends and Family, Significant Other/Romance, Personal Growth/Spirituality, Fun and Recreation, Physical Environment, Career/Study, Wealth/Finances/Abundance, and Health/Fitness
  5. Identify what Already Works and where you need to Put More Focus: For the wheel of life to run smoothly, you may have one or two areas that need extra focus, while giving enough energy to the others to maintain flow and to keep up the areas in life that are already balanced and bring you joy! Use this exercise to put your finger on exactly where you would like to make a difference and notice all that’s already awesome in your life!
  6. Edelwize Life Purpose in a Nutshell: We’ll take a brief tour on all we covered over the last 4 weeks and tie it all together. When you realize the difference your new insights have on the quality of your life as a whole, and how you can go with the flow while adjusting and fine-tuning the areas that are putting a dent in your wheel, you’ll be glad you took the time out to create an ideal vision for your life purpose, legacy and how you would like to design your reality as you live an even more amazing life than you ever imagined possible!
  7. Practice: Take a weekend away and design your life the way you always dreamed of!
