4 Week: Love your self course

Week #1 – Create a Life of Infinite Abundance 
  1. Intro: Find out why Christa is so passionate about teaching you how to properly Love Your Self.
  2. What – Why – How? You’ll hear the story of what it means to Love Your Self.  Taking a bath is a great start and we’ll dive through the soap bubble and go much deeper than you can imagine and straight through the bottom of your tub.
  3. Do you know what your Basic Needs are? Most people have never given this much thought and are surprised how challenging it can be to “figure out” what it takes to fill their Basic Needs.
  4. What does it Take to Restore an Empty Tank? Find out how to balance and use your resources.
  5. Who are you Really Responsible for? Take a close look at whose responsibilities you’re holding.  Each baby is born with a bag of feathers… ready to hear what’s behind this idea?
  6. Love Your Self Exercise: A beautiful exercise that may cause you to feel a bit of discomfort and challenge you to step outside of what society deems acceptable.
  7. What Creates Infinite Abundance? The world of duality is cyclical in nature and just like each year has 4 seasons, there are 4 distinct elements that create the cycle of infinite abundance.
  8. What to practice in week #1: Take the time to fill out the Basic Needs exercise, start to fill your tanks, and if needed: reshuffle and redistribute your responsibilities.  Take 2 minutes first thing in the morning or before you go to bed, and engage in our "Love Your Self" exercise for the next 30 days.  Practice the flow of infinite abundance.
  9. ​30 Minute Question & Answer Session: Join us for weekly group sessions to ask questions and connect to others taking the course. 
  10. Fill out our Quiz – it’s 15 questions and takes 5-10 minutes.

Week #2 – Rethink how to Transform your Inner Child
  1. Intro: Find out how to Heal Your Inner Child.  This exercise goes beyond the traditionally taught versions and features an added dimension that will please and surprise you! 
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. Heal Your Inner Child and clear away a lifetime of learned limitations in a simple, step-by-step exercise.
  4. Grief Formula: Learn how to speed up the healing process after an experience of loss.  Receive insights of you can gain from the sentimental value certain items hold and why any type of Forgiveness Practice becomes completely unnecessary.  
  5. What to practice in week #2: List 3-5 incidents from your childhood that have caused you pain and feel they may have put limitations on you in your adult life.  Look into your heart and select at least one event or loss you still grieve over or feel sad about.  Name or identify at least one item you feel has sentimental value: Go through the steps of the Grief Formula and begin to heal your heart.

Week #3 – Find the Diamonds in the Rubble
  1. Intro: Find out more about how Christa used the "Find the Diamonds Formula" to feel incredible gratitude towards each of the “Villains” in her life.
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. Find the Diamonds in the Rubble: This formula will allow you to acknowledge your own and others pain and help you to find the gift in each insult and injury to your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. 
  4. Transform your Story: Discover a powerful way to reframe the story you’ve been making up about your Self, your potential and what you think and feel is possible after your physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual body was injured.  Are those stories really true and what else is possible?   
  5. What to practice in week #3: Work through the steps of the Find the Diamonds Formula and rewrite at least one of the stories you’ve been telling your Self ever since you’ve been injured.

Week #4 – Eliminate Fear, Anxiety, Worry and Doubt
  1. Intro: Hear the story of how Christa found out how to transform and eliminate all types of Fear, Anxiety, Worry and Doubt and instead of being paralyzed or stressed out, walked away with a sense of inner peace.
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. Eliminate Fear and Worry Formula: How the story of King Damocles gives you a new way to look the dragon straight in the eye and tame the beast...
  4. The Importance of Looking at the Past: The recommendation to simply forget the past and move on is ill advised, and you’ll find out why taking a good look at the past has so much power. 
  5. Edelwize Love Your Self in a Nutshell: We’ll take a brief tour on all we covered over the last 4 weeks and tie it all together.  When you love your Self and start to unravel the ball of pain in your chest, reframe your stories and use the tools and exercises designed to transform your life - how you feel and think about your Self - the bag of rocks you’ve been carrying around will become noticeably lighter.  
  6. Practice: Use the Fear and Worry Formula to transform your fears, anxiety, worry and doubts.  Put each formula you learn and the tools you receive in your bag of tools so you can pull them out when needed.  As you work through, heal, and transform the wounds and injuries of your past, you will need them less and less.  When you actively transform what comes up and what you find by looking at the past and by tuning in with your Self, you’re healing your Self and will find the transformation sticks and you have the power to permanently reside in your Highest State of Mind.  How cool is that?!
