4 Week: Physical Vitality

Week #1 – Let Food be your Medicine
  1. Intro: Find out what Christa learned from her study in the field of Bio-Medicine. 
  2. What – Why – How? Bio-Medicine is based on natural health practices and aims to support and restore health. Use Western Medicine for diagnostic tools, lifesaving and emergency care. Never ever, stop prescription medications without consulting your doctor!  
  3. What is Bio-Medicine – How does it Work and Why? 
  4. Start with your Ideal Vision of Health! What level of health, vitality and wellbeing do you envision for your golden years?
  5. What is Live Blood Analysis? Be amazed at what a tiny drop of your blood can tell you about your health! 
  6. What if there’s a Recipe with Specific Ingredients that has the greatest power to create beneficial results in Live Blood Analysis results? Would you give it 3-6 months to see what it can do for your health and wellbeing? 
  7. The Diet that blew all other Diets out of the Water: Find out what different diets do to your system and why anything that is extreme, can cause long term damage to your overall health. 
  8. Blood, Urine, and Hair Labs: Simple diagnostic tools Western Medicine can offer for those who are serious about taking their health into their own hands. 
  9. Self-Evaluation: How to easily discern if you’re eating too much or not enough protein, carbohydrates, PUFA’s, fermented foods, starches, legumes, etc. and what your body needs to bring your food intake into balance.
  10. What to practice in week #1: Create and write down the ideal vision of your health, and how you see your Self in your golden years. Decide if giving the one diet showed the very best results in Live Blood Analysis, a 3-6 month try. Ask your doctor for a referral to an allergist and have your hair, urine, and blood tested. Do our online Self-evaluation and start to balance what you eat.

Week #2 – Give your Body the Fuel it Needs
  1. Intro: Find out why Christa is such a fan of keeping things simple, but specific.
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. How to use the Different Food Lists? You’ll find a regular food list, one each for PH balance, inflammation, leaky gut, and weight loss
  4. Why it may be Beneficial to Add Vital Nutrients? Even if you eat organic wholefoods, your body may benefit from high vibrational nutritional supplements and the strongest antioxidant on the market. Less is often more and quality, formulation, and processing matters.  
  5. Digestion - How it Works and How often you Eat: There’s some general rules and individual considerations when it comes to figuring out how often your body wants to digest food in a day.
  6. Discover Easy Ways to Identify Foods your body doesn’t know what to do with and causes inflammation, weight gain/loss and disharmony.
  7. Dental Care that Goes Beyond Brushing: Yes! You CAN regrow receding gums, heal decay, and kill bacteria without harsh chemicals *;-). Do you still have Amalgam fillings? Find the right dentist to prevent harm to your health. 
  8. What to practice in week #2: You can use our foods lists to identify the foods that cause acidity, inflammation, leaky gut, and weight gain/loss, even if you continue eating what you normally eat. Decide to invest in high vibrational vital nutrients for 3-6 months and notice if you have more energy. Use your scale to empower your Self, and order a tri-test if you have Amalgam fillings.​

Week #3 – You are what you Eat
  1. Intro: Our civilization causes more pollution and stress than ever before. Properly nurturing your physical body has never been more important.
  2. Recap: We’ll briefly go over last week’s segment and what you practiced. 
  3. What Relaxes and Boosts your Body’s Vitality? Discover the different elements in our Relaxation Station, learn how to breathe to balance your hormones, plan an immune reset, and drink restructured water.
  4. Give your Body the Nutrient it Needs when you’re Under Stress: Today’s world is filled with stress causing opportunities. Stress causes your body to release stress hormones like cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenalin, which creates adrenal burn-out, taxes the immune system, rapidly uses up glucose levels and depletes the nutrients our body uses to react to being in constant “flight or fight” stress mode. Find out which foods and vitamins support your body’s function when you’re under stress.
  5. Do a Lymphatic Detox or a Metabolic Reset: Discover how to safely remove the toxins we breathe, take in from our foods and water, and all the products we use, out of the body. 
  6. Rehabilitate your Digestive System and free your body of toxins!  Your gut health has a direct effect on your overall health and contains 80% of your immune system.
  7. What to practice in week #3: Practice breathing! This alone will do more for your health than you can imagine. Tune in where your physical body needs more targeted nurturing and choose a program if you feel drawn to one. Week #4 – Grow Younger - Find the Fountain of Youth
