Once I had a deeper understanding that everything is Energy and has a vibration, it was easier to transform the lower vibrations of negative energy back to their original glory and increase my emotional intelligence. Identifying the Super Power each negative emotion holds, and deciding what kind of experiences I would like to have in all of my relationships, I was able to set healthy personal boundaries and understand WHY people act the way they do. This knowledge led to the desire to develop communication skills to create agreements with mutually agreed upon consequences and how to respond to tantrums, verbal attacks, complaints, nagging, defense etc. Instead of feeling like I had to compete to get what I was looking for, my Higher Guidance showed me a powerful way to negotiate win-win solutions. I was blown away how these simple skills increased the level of joy I was now experiencing in all of my relationships.
The secrets to joyful connections and true intimacy allowed me to develop Harmonious Relationships, even with the most challenging people. To be honest, I had no idea how potent these simple steps would prove to be. When I first met my second husband, I soon realized that even though he and my first husband were completely different, the same obstacles I had faced in my first marriage, came around, just in a different coat and a slightly different way. However, this time I could clearly see how my behavior and how I felt about my Self had |
created the reality I had “escaped” from when I left my first marriage. The only difference was that I had invested in loving my Self and had deepened my connection to my Higher Self and Higher Guidance. I now had tools, new formulas and insight into the secrets of how to create a deep, intimate connection and quickly transformed the old patterns, and all I needed to do was to apply them. I have since enjoyed a harmonious, intimate relationship, that has provided me with more joy and happiness than I ever imagined possible!
